Background

A small organisation needed a public site that non-developers could keep current, without a CMS to administer or a monthly bill attached to it.

What I built

A Next.js front end deployed on Vercel, with a filterable provider directory pulling live data from a Google Sheet through the Sheets API with incremental static regeneration, so pages stay fast and current without a database.

A yoga class schedule is kept in sync through a Google Apps Script integration, which also handles class bookings, enrolment emails and notifications from a structured workbook that the administrator maintains directly.

How it works

Alongside the public site: contact and provider-submission forms with backend automation, safety-related crisis banners, a password-protected internal admin dashboard, and the privacy policy. Branding and logo design were part of the same scope.

Outcome

The people running the organisation update a spreadsheet. The site follows. That was the requirement.

Where it goes next

Ongoing. Current work is on the booking system reliability and the class data for upcoming terms.
