Work

Digital engineering on live infrastructure. Highways, rail, renewables, housing and regeneration, across Taylor Woodrow in the UK and Aurecon in New Zealand.

  1. 01

    A511

BIM CoordinationGIS 2026A bridge slide and culvert operation rehearsed in 4D before anyone breaks ground. LIDAR survey, temporary works layouts, utility runs and the construction programme sit in one model, with swept path analysis for every crane and 40ft truck that has to get on and off a constrained site.
  2. 02

    Meridian Water Strategic Infrastructure

GISAsset Management 2025The live deployment the CAD to GIS automation was built for. GIS asset delivery and document control on a major North London regeneration programme, part of the digital delivery that won TAYWOOD Engineering Digital Construction Team of the Year at the London Construction Awards 2025.
  3. 03

    Eco Park

BIM CoordinationAsset Information Management 2025Handover-ready BIM for Eco Park South: KKS asset codes embedded into Revit and IFC files where the underlying data was incomplete, and a federated model rebuilt across two Revit versions from files that did not line up with each other.
  4. 04

    Navarre Wind Farm

GISGeospatial Analysis 2024Lead geospatial resource on a proposed 400MW wind farm and battery storage hub of more than 100 turbines in Western Victoria, covering road alignments, 2D and 3D mapping and the client geoportal, on a toolchain that made layout options fast enough to genuinely optioneer.
  5. 05

    Wairarapa Line Capacity Upgrades

GISRail Corridor Modelling 2023Hundreds of corridor cross-sections produced from the model rather than drafted, and regenerated every time the design moved, on a model-first KiwiRail level crossing programme between Upper Hutt and Masterton.
  6. 06

New Zealand Offshore Wind Market Assessment

GISMarket/Site Assessment 2022Where New Zealand can take fixed-bottom and floating offshore wind, assembled from REST services and public datasets scattered across the country, with a separate Esri portal group maintained for each client working off the same national picture.
  7. 07

    Plimmerton Farm Stage One

GISAutomation 2022A 383 hectare subdivision of around 1,000 homes where two things did not scale: exporting more than 700 drawing sheets per issue, and finding anywhere to put the earthworks. Both became scripted, and disposal siting became an optimisation with a defensible answer.
  8. 08

    Te Rere Hau Wind Farm

GISData Management 2022Paper plans and GIS files for an 80 megawatt turbine upgrade pulled into one managed dataset, then handed back as a viewer the client could explore at their own pace, linking site photos, suitability reports and 3D fly- throughs.
  9. 09

    Arlington Street

Computational DesignBIM Coordination 2021Over 1.5 kilometres of retaining wall on a steep 1.8 hectare Wellington site, generated by script rather than modelled by hand, so 301 new homes could keep moving while the architecture above them was still changing.
